Fellowship support begins on or after August 1, 2022 and fellowships will not extend beyond July 31, 2024.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed their PhD by the start of the fellowship, and we strongly encourage applicants who identify as an underrepresented/minoritized person in the sciences (e.g., female, genderqueer, transgender, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino/Latinx, Native American or Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, bisexual, gay, lesbian, queer, have a disability, or a veteran of the US Armed Forces, Reserves, or National Guard) but all applicants are welcome to apply.

The application for fellowships in 2022 has closed. Please check back in the fall for more information about 2023 fellowships.
Please send a cover letter describing your interest, your current CV, and up to three selected publications by email to Jennifer McCambridge via the CSP email: csp@umn.edu. In your cover letter indicate which CSP investigators are most aligned with your future research interests and a brief statement describing how you intend to contribute to the center’s effort of broadening participation among underrepresented groups in the sciences. Applicants who do not follow the application procedures will not be considered.
